WARRANTY PERIODS:
100 YEAR — On all stainless steel fasteners and connectors, steel or aluminum posts, caps and clamps against structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.
15 YEAR — On all main structural platforms, ramps, stairs, rails and pipes when
used under normal conditions and properly maintained against structural failure
caused by defects in materials and workmanship. On plastic boarders against breakage caused by normal use and proper maintenance.
10 YEAR — On fabric and steel shade systems against natural degradation, workmanship or material breakdown due to ultra violet exposure. On polycarbonate and polyethylene plastic and rotational molded components, climbing handholds and accessible swing seats against structural failure due to materials or workmanship.
5 YEAR – On all climbing ropes against premature wear due to natural deterioration or manufacturing defects. On all site amenities against structural failure due to materials or workmanship.
3 YEAR — On parts such as, Sky Rider trolley and bumpers, all rocking equipment with mechanical systems, swing seats and hangers, No Pinch Hinges and polymer legs against failure due to materials or workmanship.
